Chris is a caring and dedicated Physical Therapist based in New York. He earned his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. Prior to that he earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from Adelphi University. Throughout his clinical career, Chris has had experience working with various patient populations and various conditions in subacute rehabilitation and multiple outpatient settings.
Chris is passionate about orthopedics and sports performance rehab with a strong passion for dance/performing arts performance stemming from his dance background growing up and his active involvement in the dance community today. He takes an individualized approach to help each of his patients manage pain, address the cause of their injury/limitations, and ultimately empower them to return to their active lifestyles.

way to New York three years ago. John’s educational journey led him to graduate from Laguardia Community College with an
Associate in Applied Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Through this program, he gained valuable knowledge and skills in assisting patients with their physical therapy needs, emphasizing the importance of proper movement and biomechanics.

Dr. Alexa Trontz graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning. She also played on the women’s club soccer team all four years in her undergraduate program. After graduating, Alexa continued to pursue both a Doctorate at New York Medical College and an ACE Personal Trainer Certification. Her passion for physical therapy, specifically orthopedics and sport performance rehab, grew from her personal experiences in the sports and fitness world.
