BACKGROUND
Brandon Barrett was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from Kingsborough with an Associate of Science in Applied Science: Physical Therapist Assistant and obtained his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Brooklyn College. Brandon found his passion for physical fitness and health through his years of playing sports and with the support of his mother, who helped to guide him through his formative years to realize where his true skills lie.

Brandon uses his free time to try and expand his understanding of a myriad subjects: ranging from structural architecture to his love & fascination with Japanese language/culture. Background
Dr. Zeyad Elamrousy graduated from LIU with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science and a minor in Health Science and later on transferred to obtain his Doctor of Physical Therapy at NYIT. Zeyad found his love for PT in being a soccer athlete and going through injuries of his own over the years. This has allowed Zeyad to connect with many athletes to assist them in getting them back to what they love to do, no matter what level.

Zeyad started off as a faculty personal trainer at LIU working with the D1 soccer team and later on developed a professional focus that consists of performing functional movement screens to determine movement pattern dysfunctions that may lead to various injuries.

Jimmy is a caring and dedicated physical therapist based in New York. He earned his Doctoral degree in physical therapy from Touro College, New York and Master of Science degree in Health and Rehabilitation Science in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor’s of physical therapy in Taiwan. He has experience working in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and sports teams.

Dr. Kellen Scantlebury received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University. He received his bachelor’s of science degree from LIU Post, where he also was a four year starter on the Men’s Basketball Team. Upon graduating from LIU, Kellen’s passion for fitness and desire to help others inspired him to pursue a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. It was in these years that the foundation for Fit Club was established. In 2013 Kellen became an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, specializing in preventative exercise, functional movement, and weight loss.
