If you are coming back to physical therapy for the same ailment, and it has been 3 months since you were last seen, you should also select an initial evaluation. This will allow us to properly evaluate your current situation and create a proper updated plan.

Please note that cancelations within 48 hours may be subject to our $50 late cancellation fee.

Massage Therapy

Our specialists are experts in manual therapy. We use our hands, tools, and technology to provide you with an ultimate massage experience. Our techniques are scientifically backed to produce lasting results well after your treatment is complete! Massage Therapy assists in reducing muscle pain and tightness associated with orthopedic injuries, crossfit, running, sports, and general tightness.


Nutrition Consultation

Our specialists help clients reach their desired goals through simple, easy to follow steps. Nutrition can be frustrating for clients, so we focus on making small sustainable changes over time.

Dr. Kellen Scantlebury received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University. He received his bachelor’s of science degree from LIU Post, where he also was a four year starter on the Men’s Basketball Team. Upon graduating from LIU, Kellen’s passion for fitness and desire to help others inspired him to pursue a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. It was in these years that the foundation for Fit Club was established. In 2013 Kellen became an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, specializing in preventative exercise, functional movement, and weight loss.

During his time at Stony Brook, Kellen gained valuable experience in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, preventative care, and adult rehabilitation. Kellen also had the rare opportunity of working with and treating the NY Jets at their training facility in New Jersey.

Kellen has experience working with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders and has special interest in sports rehab, performance training, manual therapy, post-operative rehabilitation, shoulder and spine pathologies. Kellen has collaborated with some of NYC’s finest orthopedic doctors to ensure 5 star quality care and service to his clients. Kellen has given presentations at Fortune 500 companies with regards to the latest evidence based practice on prevention of injury for the runner and ergonomic set up. Kellen has volunteered at the NYC marathon and is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In his free time, Kellen stays active playing intramural basketball, weightlifting and running. He also enjoys spending time with his family, friends and traveling.

Kyle Tracy received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018 from Touro College in Bay Shore. Prior to this, Kyle received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from SUNY Brockport, where he was also a four-year starter on the Men’s Baseball Team.

Since graduating, Kyle has applied his clinical skills with a focus on orthopedics and sports medicine. He currently resides in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

In his spare time, Kyle likes to lead an active lifestyle that includes running, hiking, and exploring New York City.
